Here are some tips for resolving the most common problems...
RELOAD YOUR WEBPAGE: if you feel your stream is choking, stuttering or buffering excessively, refreshing the page is your first line of defense. Hitting F5 on your PC keyboard or Apple-R on your Mac should take care of most issues with the live stream. Refreshing attempts to give you a better path to the content.
LAPTOP USERS: wearing earphones, headphones or powered speakers will provide the best audio quality for most laptops. A live event may have adequate audio levels being broadcast, but most laptops simply don't have adequate amplification to the speakers.
The Virtual platform is at 1920x1080 pixels, as a result, older Tablets & Ipads may not be fully supported due to its low resolution screen. New generation devices with high resolution screens, such as Ipad Pro are supported.
Live streaming is tailored for fast internet connections - 4G, 5G, cable internet, fiber, etc. You can test your speed at www.speedtest.net. We strongly recommend having a minimum of 10mbps of download speed. Too many devices on your network can significantly reduce your internet speed.
If you’re experiencing trouble watching the live stream. Check your internet connection. Refresh your page. Try another computer or device on a different network.
